POLYPORUS PINICOLA
Pine Agaric
Useful in intermittent, remittent and bilious fevers, with headache, yellow tongue, consistent nausea, faintness at epigastrium, and constipation. Similar to its botanical relative, Polyp officinalis, or Boletus laricis, q.v. Deep dull, extreme ache in shin bones, stopping sleep.
Fever.–Great lassitude, congestion of head, with vertigo, face warm and flushed, prickling sensation all over; stressed at night time from ache in wrists and knee; rheumatic pains; profuse perspiration. Headache about 10 am, with ache in back, ankles and legs growing till three pm, then progressively better.
