The urinary signs and symptoms provide the keynotes for this remedy. Piles with a good deal itching.
Urinary.–Burning, tingling, from perineum for the duration of complete urethra; surprising urging, to urinate; frequent, voluptuous tickling in fossa navicularis. Gonorrhoea; sudden, irresistible wish to urinate; severe biting, itching, deep in urethra; milky discharge.
Stomach.–Thirsty and hungry, however wish fails on commencing to consume or drink.
