Dog’s Milk
This treatment is of undoubted cost in positive shape of sore throat and diphtheria, and rheumatism. Corresponds to a low-vitiated, non-feverish kind of sickness. The keynote symptom is, erratic pains, alternating sides. Feels as if taking walks on air, or of now not touching the mattress when mendacity down. Great lassitude. Ozaena. Decided impact in drying up milk in female who can’t nurse the baby. Great weak point and prostration. Sinking spells each and every morning. Mastitis.
Mind.--Very forgetful; in writing, makes mistakes. Despondent; thinks her sickness incurable. Attacks of rage. Visions of snakes. Thinks himself of little consequence.
Head.–Sensation of on foot or floating in the air (Sticta). Pain first one side, then the other. Blurred vision, nausea and vomiting at peak of assault of headache. Occipital pain, with taking pictures extending to forehead. Sensation as if Genius had been alternately gotten smaller and relaxed. Noises in ears. Reverberation of voice.
Nose.–Coryza; one nostril stuffed up, the different free; alternate. Alae nasi and corners of mouth cracked. Bones of nostril sore to pressure. Bloody pus discharged.
Mouth.–Tongue lined white with vivid crimson edges; profuse salivation. Drooling in diphtheria. Cracking of jaw whilst ingesting (Nit ac; Rhus). Putrid style accelerated by way of sweets.
Throat.–Sensitive to touch. Painful swallowing; ache extends to ears. Sore throat and cough with menstruation. Tonsillitis and diphtheria signs and symptoms alternate over and over from facet to side. Shining glazed look of deposit, pearly-white or like pure white porcelain. Stiffness of neck and tongue. Throat feels burned raw. Tickling sensation reasons regular cough. Sore throat commencing and ending with menses.
Female.–Menses too early, profuse, go with the flow in gushes. Breasts swollen; painful earlier than (Calc c; Con; Puls) and higher on look of menses. Mastitis; worse, least jar. Helps to dry up milk. Sinking at epigastrium. Sexual organs without difficulty excited. Backache; backbone very touchy to touch or pressure. Galactorrhoea.
Extremities.–Sciatica, proper side. Legs experience numb and stiff, cramps in feet. Rheumatic pains in extremities and back, from one aspect to the other. Pain in hands to fingers. Burning in hands and soles.
Sleep.–Dreams of snakes.
Modalities.–Worse, morning of one day and in the nighttime of next. Better, cold, bloodless drinks.
