Stomach.–Constriction, pulsation, or heaviness in stomach. Vomiting of blood.
Stool.–Hard, black stools. Diarrhoea in morning. Haemorrhoids swollen and painful. Sensation of terrific weight in anus. Haemorrhage from bowels in malarial fevers and with coronary heart symptoms.
Urine.–Constriction of neck of bladder, inflicting retention of urine. Haemorrhage from bladder. Clots of blood in urethra. Constant urination.
Female.–Constriction in uterine place and ovaries. Dysmenorrhoea; pulsating ache in uterus and ovaries. Vaginismus. Menses early, dark, pitch-like (Cocc; Mag c); quit on mendacity down, with coronary heart symptoms.

Extremities.–Å’dema of palms and feet. Hands soft; toes enlarged. Numbness of left arm. Icy-cold hands. Restless legs.
Sleep.–Sleepless on account of pulsation in exceptional components of body. Frightful dreams.
Fever.–Fever each and every day at identical hour. Coldness in lower back and icy-cold hands. Intermittent; paroxysms about noon (11 am) incomplete in their stages, accompanied with the aid of haemorrhages. Coldness predominates; bloodless sweat, with super anguish.
