Indications: Heart insufficiencies of a mild to medium degree, with a tendency toward oedema. Myocardial weak point in instances of valvular coronary heart diseases. Dilatations. Post-infectious myocardial weakness. Degenerative tactics of the myocardium, coronary insufficiencies, cardiac infarction, purposeful irregularities, myo- and endocarditis, hypotonia.

Cactus: Oppression with signs of angina pectoris. Strong pulse, suffocation.

Dosage: According to the weak point of the heart, three instances day by day 10-20-30 drops in some water, in the establishing of the therapy even 4-6 instances daily.In case of robust tendency closer to hydropsy, to be taken undiluted. Improvement need to comply with after numerous days only. If not, the dose have to be increased, and decreased once more after enchancment to 20 drops, three instances a day. Even after entire disappearance of the complaints a remedy of 10-15 drops 2-3 instances a day have to be persisted for a longer length of time. Overdosing gives no danger.
